Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to Club Hotel Rui Vistamar in the Canary Islands in Spain in the early months of 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill, possibly due to poor food hygiene standards at the hotel. Guests have reported that hot food was not being served at the correct temperature.
