The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Fiesta Hotel Paraiso Floral, Tenerife. Reports are linked to guests holidaying at the resort in January 2012.
Reports suggest that holidaymakers have contracted gastric illness at the resort with complaints that food was severed at an insufficient temperature. Holidaymakers also reported that the food was of limited choice and appeared to be served up on more than one occasion.
Holidaymakers found it very alarming to learn the amount of other guests staying at the Fiesta Paraiso Floral resort complaining of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting.
