The Holiday Village, Costa Del Sol

The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Holiday Village Hotel, in Spain during their holidays taken in April 2012.  

It is reported that people staying at the hotel had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness. It has been suggested that the food served was repetitive and staff provided a bad service.  Guests at the hotel have reported that they were confined to their rooms due to the illness suffered.   

Irwin Mitchell were instructed by holidaymakers who have stayed at the hotel in 2009 after many of them suffered from gastric illness during their stays at the hotel. Irwin Mitchell has achieved compensation for these holidaymakers.

The guests at the hotel in 2009 reported poor quality food, hot food being served lukewarm and the recycling of food. Many had also commented that they felt the restaurant in the hotel was in substandard condition and appeared grubby.
