It is alleged that holidaymakers suffered from severe gastric illness during their stay at the Hotel Sol Costa Dorada, Salou in Spain.
Holidaymakers who travelled to the hotel in June 2008 allege that they became ill within days of arriving at the hotel. They allege that food such as meat dishes appeared to be undercooked and that flies were seen in the restaurant area.
It is alleged that the poor standard of food may have caused the holidaymakers to become unwell with food poisoning.
Irwin Mitchell have been approached to act for guests who were affected by this incident and would ask that anyone with details in relation to this matter please contact them here.
