Irwin Mitchell has received numerous complaints from holidaymakers who holidayed at the Lobos Bahia Club Hotel, in Corralejo, Spain during August 2010.
It has been reported that a young girl has contracted Salmonella food poisoning possibly due to eating contaminated food provided by the hotel and as a result of the possible lack of hygiene standards in relation to food preparation at the hotel.
Salmonella food poisoning is a dangerous form of bacterial food poisoning, which if contracted, can cause symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach cramps and fever. The infection can lead to permanent gastric symptoms and trigger such syndromes as irritable bowel.
Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
