Luabay Hotel, Los Gigantes

Irwin Mitchell is acting for numerous clients who stayed at the Luabay Hotel in Spain during the month of May in 2011.

Clients report having suffered from gastric illnesses including symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting. Clients have informed us that there were cockroaches in and around the dining area. Food hygiene has also been said to be very poor as food appeared to be reheated on more than one occasion and meats were not served piping hot.
