Illness at Ocean Palace Hotel, Tenerife

Irwin Mitchell is currently pursuing a claim against tour operator First Choice after a number of holidaymakers became ill with symptoms of gastric illness after holidaying at the Ocean Palace Hotel in Tenerife in 2008.

Various complaints relating to quality and safety standards at the hotel are being investigated.
