Irwin Mitchell has been made aware of complaints of gastric illness from holidaymakers who travelled to the Club Cala Romani, Callas De Mallorca, Spain in August 2009.
It is understood that a number of guests suffered from gastric illness allegedly attributed to the poor standards of hygiene and food preparation at the hotel. It is thought that a range of other quality complaints are also alleged by guests who travelled to the hotel.
