The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Los Gigantes hotel, in Tenerife during their holidays taken in January 2012.
Irwin Mitchell is being instructed by a growing number of holidaymakers who have suffered illness during holidays at the Los Gigantes Hotel in Tenerife during December 2009 and January 2010. The holidays were booked with Thomson.
One of the holidaymakers has been confirmed as suffering from a salmonella infection, and he has since suffered severe complications which have required emergency treatment at hospital in the UK.
It is also report that many people staying at the hotel had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness, suspected to be food poisoning.
