Irwin Mitchell has received reports of holidaymakers becoming ill with symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Hotel Los Pinos, situated in the Costa Brava area of Spain in September 2009.
It is reported that poor standards of hygiene may have been the cause of illness at the hotel and a number of quality issues are also alleged in relation to this hotel.
