Irwin Mitchell has been informed of reports of gastric illness amongst guests who stayed at the Westin Valencia Hotel in Spain over the new year.
It is reported that holidaymakers have suffered from symptoms of gastric illness during their stay at this hotel, possibly due to suspected food poisoning after consuming food at the hotel.
A range of quality issues are also alleged, including that the hotel does not meet the standard expected for its rating.
