Irwin Mitchell is eager to commence investigations after receiving reports of gastric illness contracted by holidaymakers who have travelled to the Kani Lanka Resort & Spa, in Sri Lanka during July 2010.
Reports suggest that holidaymakers have become ill possibly as a result of poor food hygiene standards and issues with the quality of food consumed at the hotel. There are a number of other quality complaints alleged against the hotel.
