Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst dozens of holidaymakers who travelled to the Cape Panwa Hotel in Phuket, Thailand in early 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failure in hygiene standards at the hotel.
