Abou Sofiane Hotel, Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia

Irwin Mitchell is highly concerned for holidaymakers who have recently stayed at or are soon to travel to the Abou Sofiane Hotel in Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia, after receiving reports from guests who stayed at the hotel in September 2010 and who returned with Salmonella infection.

Salmonella is a serious form of bacterial food poisoning which can cause some very severe and unpleasant symptoms including diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach cramps and lethargy. Some infections of Salmonella can lead to permanent symptoms.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
