LTI Rosa Beach, Tunisia - October 2011

Irwin Mitchell has received reports from guests holidaying at the LTI Rosa Beach in Skanes, Tunisia. Alarming reports suggest that holidaymakers holidaying in October 2011 have fallen ill with severe gastric symptoms.

Complaints from holidaymakers suggest that the hotel provided a lack of food hygiene and the food was left out uncovered for long periods of time as well as the food being exposed to insects, in particular flies. Due to the lack of hygiene, this is thought to be a cause of the severe gastric symptoms suffered by holidaymakers whilst holidaying at the resort. The symptoms consist of severe diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.

If you also travelled to the LTI Rosa Beach and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
