It has been reported that holiday makers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Three the Litera La Luna Hotel in Tunisia in April 2010.
Guests have approached Irwin Mitchell and asked to act on behalf of them after becoming ill with symptoms of gastric illness possibly due to poor standards of hygiene at the hotel. Guests claim that meat items in particular chicken were pink inside when served and many of the buffet dishes were undercooked. Guests allege that there were many animals seen around the food area including cats.
