Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have returned from the all inclusive resort Marhaba Hotel in Tunisia during August - September 2011 after reading that they had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness.
It has been suggested that the swimming pool was dirty and that the rooms were infested with ants and mosquitoes.
One holidaymaker has recalled how undercooked food was served in the resort, and cats and flies were in the restaurant area. It likely that there has been a breakdown in food hygiene procedures and general health and safety procedures at the hotel caused the illnesses amongst guests.
If you also travelled to this hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel.
