Illness at Marhaba Palace, Tunisia

Irwin Mitchell are acting on behalf of clients who holidayed at the Marhaba Palace Hotel, Tunisia, in January 2007, and who fell ill with severe gastric illness.

Allegations in relation to breach of hygiene and food standards have been made against the Tour Operator, TUI UK.

Legal proceedings have now been commenced.
