Here at Irwin Mitchell we are concerned for the wellbeing of holidaymakers who travelled to the Sahara Beach Hotel in Tunisia. Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from anyone who has contracted illness or sustained an injury during their holiday at this hotel.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the poor food hygiene standards and poor quality food served at the hotel. Many holidaymakers have been struck by food poisoning and there have also been confirmed cases of salmonella food poisoning resulting from their stay at this hotel. Many holiday makers have had their holidays ruined and have been suffering from diarrhoea, sickness and stomach cramps. A number of quality issues have also been alleged.
Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
