Vincci Resort Djerba, Tunisia
The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the holiday destination Vincci Resort Djerba in Tunisia.
It is reported that many people staying at the resort had fallen ill. It has been suggested that dirty water was being served in drinks at the resort. It has also been suggested that there were flies around food in the snack bar. It is possible that the illnesses experienced by holidaymakers were due to a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.
