Irwin Mitchell is acting for numerous clients who suffered gastric illness including symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps during their stay at the Altin Orfe in Turkey in 2010. Clients have commented that the food was often undercooked and of such poor quality that clients thought it must have been prepared and brought in from another hotel, and it appeared as if there was no kitchen at the hotel itself.
Clients have also commented on the conditions of their rooms, which they say were terrible with some of the beds being broken and with marks all over them. One client told us that they developed rashes after sleeping in the beds. The clients also said that the hotel staff were very unhelpful.
