Irwin Mitchell are acting on behalf of almost fifty clients who contracted symptoms of gastric illness following holidays at the Aqua Fantasy Hotel, Turkey, during the summer of 2008.
Various quality complaints have been alleged, particularly in relation to the food supplied at the hotel.
A number of stool samples have returned positive diagnoses.
The tour operator, First Choice, is currently investigating the claims.
