Irwin Mitchell have recently received reports of illness amongst holiday makers whilst holidaying at the Bellevue Hotel from September 2011.
We were concerned to learn of holidaymakers witnessing food being left in the heat for a significant amount of time without being changed and lukewarm food being added to pre-existing food. It is also reported that the cutlery and tables were filthy and the staff made no effort to clean the tables after guests had left.
In addition to the above, further reports suggest gastric illness being suffered from holidaymakers holidaying at the resort. It is reported that holidaymakers have suffered severe abdominal pain with association of gastric symptoms. Guests at the resort described the symptoms as being ‘violently ill’.
