Irwin Mitchell has received enquiries from holidaymakers who allegedly became ill with symptoms of gastric illness after travelling to the Club Belizia Holiday Village in Turkey.
The guests who travelled to the hotel in August 2008 have allegedly experienced gastric illness possibly due to poor hygiene standards and food/water at the hotel.
It is thought that there has been at least one confirmed case of E Coli and a range of quality issues in relation to this hotel are also alleged, including issues in relation to poor food safety and hygiene standards.
Irwin Mitchell has previously pursued cases in relation to incidents of illness at this hotel and would like to hear from anyone affected by this recent outbreak.
