Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers who have recently returned from the Club Teos Hotel, Turkey, an all inclusive resort overlooking the Greek islands of Chios and Samos.
Here at Irwin Mitchell we are concerned of reports of families being affected by an outbreak of food poisoning at the resort resulting in some holidaymakers falling ill with confirmed cases of salmonella poisoning. It is reported that holidaymakers have suffered from the following symptoms of gastric illness namely stomach cramps, sickness and diarrhoea which is believed to be caused by lack of proper hygiene procedures relating to the food provided at the resort.
If you also travelled to this hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained. For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
