Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that holidaymakers staying at the Crystal Palace Luxury Resort & Spa in Turkey are returning from their holidays complaining of gastric illness.
It is reported that holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms of food poisoning during their holiday, possibly as a result of the poor quality of food and the lack of hygiene standards practised at the hotel. Considering the hotel is 5* and set on its own private beach higher standards are expected, however holidaymakers have also complained that the service was not what you would expect fm as 5* hotel.
