The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Didim Beach Resort and Spa, in Turkey during their holidays taken in 2011.
It is reported that many people staying at the hotel had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness. It has been suggested that the food served at the hotel was often undercooked, and that it appeared to be reheated.
