Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for holidaymakers who went on holiday to the Pine Bay Hotel, Kussadassi, Turkey in summer 2010.
The holidaymakers said that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and nausea. They were also aware of other guests who were ill at the hotel.
The holidaymakers have alleged that hygiene standards at the hotel were poor, saying that food at the hotel restaurant was of a poor quality and looked reheated. They also noticed animals and insects around the restaurant area.
