Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holiday makers who travelled to the Hotel Bella Rose, Alanya in September and October 2010 after we have been approached by two holiday makers who returned from there in September 2010.
The reports suggest our clients along with a number of other holiday makers fell ill with gastric symptoms possible from food poisoning due to poor food standards a the hotel in particular rice being reheated and re-served and poor hygiene standards as cutlery and plates were dirty.
Further concerns with health and hygiene arose after a puppy belonging to the hotel was seen urinating in the foyer area and flies were seen on the tomatoes and salad.
Irwin Mitchell is now investigating a claim against the Tour Operator who sold the holiday to our clients.
