Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for holidaymakers who were allegedly struck by an outbreak of gastric illness at the Sunlight Gardens Hotel in Turkey in August 2008.
It is thought that a significant number of guests became ill with symptoms of gastric illness after staying at this hotel during the Summer. It is thought that the illness may have been due to poor standards of food hygiene and cleanliness at the resort.
A range of quality issues are also alleged.
