Irwin Mitchell has been alerted to problems being experienced by holidaymakers who have recently stayed at the L'Ambiance Resort, which is located in Bodrum in Turkey, in the month of September 2010.
Recent holiday reports have indicated that holidaymakers are returning from their holidays suffering from symptoms of gastric illness. Gastric illnesses usually include symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps, vomiting and lethargy and are usually contracted due to poor hygiene standards practiced at the hotel, particularly in relation to swimming pools and food. One report states that one person was hospitalised as a result of their illness.
Other allegations have been made in relation to the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel, suggesting that the swimming pool was never cleaned and that wild cats were able to roam the hotel freely.
