Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that Holidaymakers staying at the Eden Rock Resort are returning from their holidays complaining of gastric illness. Symptoms include diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite as well as lethargy.
Reports indicate that the quality of the food was below standard. The public areas of the hotel were dirty, particularly the kitchen and restaurant areas as well as the public toilets. The generator was also said to be very noisy and when guests first arrived at the hotel their room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff were also reported to be rude and unhelpful.
