Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for two holidaymakers who travelled to the Litera Marmaris Beach Resort, Turkey in May 2010.
Holidaymakers have advised that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps as well as vomiting, nausea, weight loss and continuing lethargy. Two holidaymakers had their 21st wedding anniversary ruined due to illness.
The hotel is described as not living up to its 5* rating. The food was undercooked, reheated and reserved. Dead cockroaches were also seen in hotel rooms.
