Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for Holidaymakers who suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after travelling to the Onura Hotel in Turkey in August 2008.
Reports suggest that a number of guests were affected by this incident and that the illness was allegedly caused by food consumed at the hotel. It is thought that there is at least one confirmed diagnosis of Salmonella and that a number of quality issues in relation to poor standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel are also alleged.
