Clients report having suffered from gastric illnesses including symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting. One of our clients has told us that her 19 month old son has also been diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Clients have explained that food in the hotel was left uncovered and that old food was being topped up instead of being replaced. Clients have told us that red meats such as burgers were undercooked and not edible on many occasions.
