Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for holidaymakers who travelled to the Sun City Hotel, Olu Deniz resort in Turkey in September 2008.
It is reported that significant numbers of guests allegedly became ill with symptoms of gastric illness as a result of their stay at this hotel.
It is thought that the illness may have been due to poor standards maintained by the hotel and poor standards of food hygiene.
A range of quality issues in relation to this hotel are also alleged.
