Tarhan Didim Holiday Village

Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers staying at the Tarhan Didim Holiday Village in Turkey after reading reports of gastric illness amongst guests staying at the hotel.

It has been reported by one holidaymaker that he contracted E Coli food poisoning possibly from the food consumed at the hotel. E Coli is a serious form of food poisoning which can result in severe gastric symptoms such as diarrhoea and abdominal cramps, leaving some victims with permanent symptoms. The holidaymakers described the food as 'appalling'.

A possible breakdown in food hygiene and handling procedures may have been the cause of the illness.

Further allegations are made in relation to the hotel's swimming pool, suggesting that it was rarely cleaned and that many holidaymakers suffered from mouth ulcers, blisters and throat and ear infections.

If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel.
