Irwin Mitchell is aware of an outbreak of gastric illness at the Isil Club hotel situated in the Bodrum area of Turkey.
It is reported that holidaymakers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the hotel in September 2009.
It is understood that some guests at the hotel have also returned a positive diagnosis for Shigella, possibly due to the poor standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained by the hotel.
