Irwin Mitchell is aware of a potential outbreak of gastric illness at the Litera Relax Hotel in the Gumbet area of Turkey after holidaymakers became ill after staying at the hotel in September 2009.
It is reported that holidaymakers were subjected to smells of raw sewage in the hotel complex and that standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel were poor. It is reported that food at the hotel was also of a poor standard.
