Irwin Mitchell has received unfortunate reports of illness amongst wedding guests, including the bride, after staying at the Lazaat Hotel, in Cottingham, Yorkshire, England during July 2011.
It is reported that the hotel was catering for approximately forty guests during a wedding celebration and that approximately ten of the guests, including the bride, all suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after eating food provided by the hotel. It is reported that the hotel have launched an investigation into the cause of the illness, however, given the number of guests who fell ill, it would indicate the illness was food related.
