Pontins Ltd, which went into administration last year, is charged with putting the lives of staff and guests at the park near Blackpool at risk. The case is due to be heard at Preston Crown Court.
This is not the first time the Pontins resorts have been criticised. Watchdog reports of quality complaints at all Pontins resorts: Prestatyn Sands, Southport, Pakefield and Camber Sands.
