It has come to our attention that guests have suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, Florida in March 2009.
It is reported that hygiene and cleanliness standards at the hotel were poor and that guests may have suffered illness as a result of alleged poor standards of food hygiene and conditions at the hotel.
