Irwin Mitchell have received reports of holidaymakers falling ill with symptoms of gastric illness whilst staying at the Lake Arrowhead Resort in California during February 2011.
It is reported that holidaymakers have fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness, believed to be food poisoning, possible due to the poor quality of food and lack of hygiene standards practiced at the resort.
Holidaymakers have also made a number of quality complaints suggesting that the hotel is poorly maintained. It is reported that the hotel room appeared to be water damaged, the bath robes were stained with brown marks and that the towel rails were hanging from the wall.
