Irwin Mitchell has received reports of holidaymakers suffering from suspected food poisoning following their stay at the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa in California in April 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness allegedly due to food consumed at the hotel.
