Irwin Mitchell have received enquiries from holidaymakers who were allegedly struck down by gastric illness during their stay at the Pueblo Caribe Hotel in Playa Tirano in November/December 2008.
It is alleged that guests became ill as a result of poor standards at the hotel and issues in relation to poor standards at the hotel are also thought to be alleged.
