It has come to our attention that there are allegations of gastric illness for guests who stayed at the Viva Wyndham Hotel in the Dominican Republic in the early months of 2008.

It is alleged that a number of guests suffered from symptoms of sickness allegedly due to poor conditions maintained by the hotel.
