Irwin Mitchell has been approached by a number of clients after they were involved in a bus crash which occurred whilst on holiday in the resort of Sharm El Sheikh. The clients were staying in the resort with First Choice and were travelling on a shuttle bus provided by their hotel, to spend the evening in Na'ama Bay, when the accident happened.
On the 7th July 2010 whilst on route, a petrol tanker pulled out into the path of the bus causing the bus driver to brake heavily in an attempt to avoid a collision. A shuttle bus travelling behind was unable to stop in time and collided with the back of our clients' bus. Our clients have sustained back and neck injuries.
Irwin Mitchell are now in the process of making a claim against the negligent bus driver to recover damages for the personal injuries sustained and the associated losses arising from the accident.
