Irwin Mitchell is representing a gentleman in respect of the injuries he sustained following a road traffic accident in 2006 in Germany.
Our client was a passenger in a vehicle which was being driven along the autobahn in Germany. The vehicle collided with the rear of a lorry at high speed.
As a result of the accident, our client sustained a severe head injury which has rendered him a patient under the Mental Health Act. At the time of the accident, our client was a trooper in the 2nd Royal Tank Regiment of the British Army and was discharged on medical grounds, as a result of this accident.
Our client has been unable to work since the accident and he requires a substantial amount of care and assistance.
Irwin Mitchell are pursuing a claim against the driver of the vehicle that our client was a passenger in. The driver is disputing liability for the accident and Court proceedings are ongoing.
