Irwin Mitchell has been approached by a number of clients after they were involved in a mini bus crash which occurred whilst on holiday in the Masai Mara Nature Reserve, Kenya. The clients were staying in the resort with Cosmos Holidays and were on a day trip to Nairobi when the accident occurred.
On the 22nd June 2010 whilst on route, the mini bus left the road and collided with a tree. Our clients have sustained serious injuries.
Irwin Mitchell are now in the process of making a claim against the tour operator to recover damages for the personal injuries sustained and the associated losses arising from the accident.
