£7000 Recovered Following Asthma Attack in Hotel in Tunisia
We represented a client who travelled to the Royal Knez Hotel in Tunisia. At the time of his holiday he was a known asthma sufferer but his symptoms were under control with medication from his GP. After complaining of cockroaches in the room his hotel room was fumigated twice and the claimant had a severe asthma attack requiring medical attention.
The Claimant was successful at trial and was awarded £7000 in damages as compensation
